    Oh gosh, l have parkinsons, and watch how you slept, lm exactly the same, wrestling around the bed, l thought that was only me doing that

    No, it disturbs your sleep. You find yourself in the same position you went to sleep in 4 hours later, at the most–usually less. Less is better, though, because four hours of pressure is a lot. The normal turning in your sleep isn’t there. If you turn, it’s a conscious choice. I wasn’t even aware of this sympton until I read a list on the internet. It’s never talked anout.
